I spent time with the help desk & we got it to work & I really apologize for all the trouble I’ve given you these past few days. I admit I am very embarrassed & I learned a hard lesson. Nothing pisses me off more than having to call ATT or Spectrum. Both companies suck. Every time I call I’m never connected to the right place on the first try then i have to sit on hold for like 10 min before I get transferred to the right place.

Worth a try! (Try deleting and reinstalling the app first maybe and say yes when it asks to turn on location.) If not, try the help desk. Good luck!

@Ask_Spectrum It's an outage. Already called that horrible customer service robot to repeat myself over and over until we finally get to: "we see there is an outage in your area." Should have lead with that!

@FSMidwest @FOXSportsGOHelp @ATT allows it. Other providers allow it. It’s a @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum issue from what they told me. They block Cardinals games. Totally ridiculous. Please reach out to them. Tens of thousands of customers can’t get Cardinals games because of it. Please help!

They should pull the ads until they get the problem solved & they should aggressively work on it.
